🏊 Great news for our community: Adirondack Health has received a $15,000 grant from The IRONMAN Foundation to support the 2026 Swim Ready powered by The IRONMAN Foundation program.

Swim Ready helps create safer, more confident swimmers by providing essential resources, support, and education for children. Through this grant, Adirondack Health will help expand access to swim safety and swim instruction for local youth, supporting a skill that can build confidence, encourage healthy activity, and help keep kids safer around water.

Adirondack Health's Women's Health Center has moved.

The office is now located inside Adirondack Medical Center on the second floor of the Redfield Medical Office Building.

To access this office, enter the hospital's main lobby and immediately turn right through the doorway into the Redfield Medical Office Building. Use the elevator or stairs to access the second floor.
