🙏Practiquemos estrategias para manejar las emociones en aniversarios de eventos traumaticos.

🙏Reconoce y Valida las emociones que estes experimentando, son parte esencial del proceso de recuperación.

🙏Usa estrategias o practica actividades que te ayuden a manejar el estres. Habla con un amigo, sal a caminar, practica la meditación, escucha música.

🙏Celebra y honra la vida de las personas que amas. Agradece y honra esas relaciones.

🙏Haz uso de tu red de apoyo. Llama a tu familia, asiste a terapia, llama a un amigo. Pero lo mas IMPORTANTE no te aisles.

🙏Los aniversarions de eventos traumaticos pueden llegar a ser estresantes, practica la autocompación, conecta y valida tus emociones.

🙏Let's practice strategies to manage emotions on anniversaries of traumatic events.

🙏Recognize and validate the emotions you are experiencing; they are an essential part of the recovery process.

🙏Use strategies or practice activities that help you manage stress. Talk to a friend, go for a walk, practice meditation, listen to music.

🙏Celebrate and honor the lives of the people you love. Be grateful and honor those relationships.

🙏Make use of your support network. Call your family, go to therapy, call a friend. But most IMPORTANTLY, do not isolate yourself.

🙏Anniversaries of traumatic events can be stressful; practice self-compassion and connect and validate your emotions.
