Applying the hands to the body, on certain places in specific sequences, harmonizes the flow of the energy pathways in the body to release tension and stress. ✨"Peace" is a recurring theme in my life & in my practice as a Jin Shin Jyutsu Practitioner & Self-Help Instructor. ✨ Sometimes it may seem like peace (of mind, of heart, of being...) is oh, so very far away and impossible to attain. And yet, a shift in perception and a connection with blissful peace can occur swiftly, in an instant. ✨ I witness amazing transformations during private sessions with clients, in classes that I teach, in classes that I attend, when I practice self-help, and when I receive sessions from others. ✨

🤚🏼A quick self-help tip:
Hold your fingers, one at a time. Start with your thumb, whichever thumb you choose, and hold it for several minutes or until you feel a rhythmic pulse. Next, hold your index finger for a few minutes or until you feel a rhythmic pulse. Continue with your middle, then ring, and then little finger. If you have time, go through this process with the fingers in your other hand. There is no need to apply pressure or rub your fingers. Simply hold, relax, and breathe.

Remember, always be kind to yourself.

Life is ebb and flow.
Sometimes it’s good to pause and let go.
Sometimes it’s time to flourish and grow.
How are you honoring your life’s current chapter?
What does your soul yearn?
What is your body telling you?
Are you compassionate with yourself?

I wrote this poem, “This Chapter” during an interesting chapter of my life.

I share it in the spirit of “we are one” and perhaps it will help someone else along their path. 🙏🏽

This is why I love what I do!

In just 2 minutes this person was transformed from uptight to calm.

Yesterday, I created a free short educational & experiential video for my email group.

“You are where your thoughts are,” so the saying goes.

It’s not always easy to stay present, to be in the moment.

The brain takes us on journeys far away from what’s really happening now.

Then, sometimes, seemingly out of nowhere, something brings you back home to a centered place of being.

Maybe a butterfly lands on your hand!

*P**f!*

Like magic, the brain shifts gears!

Preoccupation vanishes.

All attention is focused on the delightful gift
of the beautiful winged creature’s visit.

The soul knows solace in this moment.

Jin Shin Jyutsu offers the space of solace too.

It helps the body, mind and spirit shift gears.

It helps tension and stress melt away.

It helps me be present.

It helps me reconnect with my home base.

It helps me smile and be.

Thank you for being on this journey with me, dear friends.
