Now anyone that knows me, Knows I’m a BIG skeptic…

About 6 months ago I was on a women’s networking group and came across a woman by the name of Jamie, her post caught my eye 👁️
She was selling soap! 🧼
Who doesn’t love nice smelling soap right?!
Not only was she selling human soap but bar soap for dogs too! 🐶
I had to give it a try…
Needless to say “I thought it was amazing”

Dog soap: 🐶🧼

✅I don’t need to keep grabbing the bottle to reload! Just lather and go!
(Easy to grip and hold too!!!)

✅ Her large dog handmade soap lasts longer than any other soap on the shelf, we’re able to hold off bath time🛁 an extra 2 weeks

About to start the 2nd Detox Journey! 🌱🌱

The results of the last detox 12 weeks ago, I was…

✨ Sleeping 😴 better
✨ Had more energy 🏃🏽‍♂️
✨ No stinky socks 🧦🤢
✨ Better digestion 🧠
✨Uplifting Mood 😊
And overall feeling gooood! 💜💜

Taking care of my body is a necessity in my field, in order to serve my clients. It’s one that I find great value in!
I feel happy that I can be in a body that can still move and provide me for the things I need to accomplish in this life.

I never claim to have ALL the answers or preach that I’m never sore, tired, stressed, achy.
I am human after all!

However, taking the time to hydrate 💧, stretch 🙆🏽‍♀️, Aim for 8 hours of sleep😴 , Take Rest 😌 days, and find time for meditation 🧘‍♀️
has been the latest daily habits that I’ve tried to implement over the last 2 years.

Next goal will include educating myself about a better nutrition plan and getting back to making strength training a habit/priority!

Part of being a healer is allowing the natural response of life to flow through one’s aura and cell level activity.

Grief is a natural part of life and sometimes can show up in the most peculiar ways.

I am very excited to take this class. I’ve been waiting for this particular practitioner, who teaches grief massage, to open up an opportunity to learn from her. I’m hoping this will allow me valuable techniques to help serve my clients during their time of need. 💜💜💜

I absolutely adore my clients and love to celebrate their wins! 💜

When I first met this client 2 years ago, she was struggling with horrible neck tension and hip pain.
She sits for work 7-9 hours so the angst of being in a position and also traveling led her down this cycle of constant irritation. 😩

Our small goal in working together was to decrease neck tension by using manual musculoskeletal techniques. We also incorporated soft tissue work along her pelvic area and sacrum while strengthening the hip joint!

We discussed a cervical pillow (which she now takes while she travels) and how to manage her stress and Insomia. 😳

She is no longer having neck tension (although due to the demands of her job will always be something we work on)

The point isn’t to “fix” anything because it’s not broken but since the body is a machine and made up tiny little cells that need constant oxygen and blood flow.
Life demands cause muscle tension, joint tension, ligament tension. Fascial manipulation is a huge benefit when it comes to the human body! Even horses 🐴 and pets 🐶 receive massage!

I’m happy to be a specialist she knows and trusts to help with her wellness goals and self care! 💜

I’m considerably proud of where she was and where she is now!
