About to start the 2nd Detox Journey! 🌱🌱
The results of the last detox 12 weeks ago, I was…
✨ Sleeping 😴 better
✨ Had more energy 🏃🏽♂️
✨ No stinky socks 🧦🤢
✨ Better digestion 🧠
✨Uplifting Mood 😊
And overall feeling gooood! 💜💜
Taking care of my body is a necessity in my field, in order to serve my clients. It’s one that I find great value in!
I feel happy that I can be in a body that can still move and provide me for the things I need to accomplish in this life.
I never claim to have ALL the answers or preach that I’m never sore, tired, stressed, achy.
I am human after all!
However, taking the time to hydrate 💧, stretch 🙆🏽♀️, Aim for 8 hours of sleep😴 , Take Rest 😌 days, and find time for meditation 🧘♀️
has been the latest daily habits that I’ve tried to implement over the last 2 years.
Next goal will include educating myself about a better nutrition plan and getting back to making strength training a habit/priority!
