Wednesday update as of 6:45PM. Please share!! Some patients do not follow our page and do not know we are open.

Still no power, water, phones, internet access or reliable cell service at our North Port location. Dr. Crouch, Dr. Gross and Chana continue to see urgent patients daily from 9 - noon. See the attached photo of our newest outdoor exam room
with a beautiful lake view.

Note that the ER next door is still closed.

Dr. Hubman saw patients in Arcadia today after navigating around flood waters, which are receding slowly. Highway 70 is now open as of this afternoon! Our Arcadia office also has no phone service. Dr. Hubman will be out of the office and our Arcadia staff is still dealing with personal damages related to the storm. That office will be closed until Monday. If you are seen in Arcadia and need something urgent, you are welcome to come to our NP location Thursday or Friday from 9-12. We can also receive messages through Facebook Messenger, but do not message us urgent health care needs as we cannot see these until we are in a zone where we have internet.

If you have a routine visit scheduled this week, it will be rescheduled when we are fully online, which we hope will be Monday. We will contact you to reschedule.

Contact the pharmacy directly if you need refills and they will send us a digital request which we can respond to in the evenings when we have internet access.

We are seeing signs of hope and improvement and we thank you for your continued patience.

IMPORTANT UPDATE — PLEASE SHARE:

On Monday, both our North Port and Arcadia locations will be open for urgent medical needs and refills for our patients from 9AM - Noon. Dr. Crouch and Dr. Gross will be staffing the NP location and Dr. Hubman will be staffing the DeSoto location. Our staff is NOT required to be there, physicians only.

Our phones are non-functional, please do not try to call. Just come to the location during those times.

If you have a scheduled routine appointment, we will call you to reschedule. Please do not come to your regularly scheduled appointment at this time, unless you have an immediate need.

The NP location may be structurally unsound and will be outdoors under tents in the parking lot. The facility has no power, generator, phone, cellular, internet or computer.

The Arcadia location has power, but no phones or computers.

For refill requests, please bring any pill bottles, if you have them available. We have a list of open pharmacies.

The NP location is reachable from the north and south via Toledo Blade, which is now passable but highly dangerous. Please be careful as there are massive amounts of debris and downed power lines. Be careful navigating the Arcadia location as flood waters remain high around the area.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Nearly all cell service is down. We are not able to receive our answering service messages and cannot respond if we do. All roads into and out of our area, including I75 are closed due to flooding making getting back to our office locations dangerous or impossible. All Charlotte county hospitals are heavily damaged. If you need emergent care, the new SMH hospital ER in Venice on Jacaranda is open. Travel to that location is dangerous. If pharmacies are open, they can dispense very limited emergent quantities of refill meds without physician authorization.

We have not been able to reach several members of our team. For any of our team that can see this, please confirm your safety here.

Hopefully flood waters will begin to recede within the next 48 hours allowing the restoration of power and safer travel in the area.
