One sign almost blew away last storm and has been repaired. A reminder to the 10,000 cars that drive past us on 41 every day that health comes from resilience within and not a medicine/supplement bottle or a surgery (we needed to balance out the bad recommendations on the sign at Walgreens a block away). Our commitment to the community is to show good health is possible and the steps to better health without drugs or surgery. And, you know, to not advertise more for the pharma cartels. Stop by and say hey if anything resonates. The folks love us.

Raul initially sought us out to help with recovery and sleep, to build a routine for improving his workouts, and overall postural correction. Also, if your car gets towed from our parking lot, you'll have to deal with him and not us!

16 years in the league for the Chicago Bears , college football’s top long snapper named in his honor , and now currently a low handicapper on LBK with a healthy spine and 150+ lb grip strength 💪
