Wow, this impacted me more than I expected. As Eric was sharing his life and wisdom and perspectives something changed in me. The past few weeks have been rough - lots of old stories, fears, doubts, self loathing, regrets bubbling up to the surface to finally be cleared away. There has been lots of sobbing, the kind of sobbing that comes from deep down and has no bottom, and lots of deep breathing. As I was listening to this interview this morning I felt something inside me change, something inside me heal - I don't really know how to explain it or why. I didn't know this man, I just saw him on TV, but everything he shared hit home for me in a profound way I may never understand. The teacher arrives when we're ready they say, and that was true for me today. Thank you Eric Dane for your vulnerability and your perseverance. Wherever you are I hope you know how much of an impact you had on this world and you had on me ❤️‍🩹
