I love this Juice Recipe from ✨ Do any of my followers juice? Carrots are high in Beta Carotene, Fiber, vitamin K1 and potassium. They’ve even been linked to lower cholesterol levels. Cucumbers are one of my favorite vegetables because they have so many health benefits! They contain antioxidants, they promote hydration, lower blood sugar, promote regular digestion, and decrease inflammation. Beets are a great source of fiber, manganese, potassium, iron and Vitamin C! Beets improve blood flow, lower blood pressure, and even increase exercise performance!
