I believe that once a genuine connection is established, trust can then take place, and the sky's the limit in what can be accomplished at that point. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness and Wellness therapies tailored to meet my client's needs. Spiritual counseling is also available. I became a counselor, because I truly care about people. I meet my clients where they are at and without judgement. I am a survivor of my own traumas, and am solid proof that it does not matter where you came from and what you've been through in life. You can still have the life you so desire. All that matters is where you go from here. I whole-heartedly believe that there's a better life out there for everyone, if: 1) You truly WANT it , and 2) You are willing to put forth the COMMITMENT and EFFORT it takes in order to achieve it.
