Confirm or cancel. But no response holds an appointment that you may or may not want to keep. So we reserve time for you but you don't know if you want to come.
Life happens, we get it. So we honor a once a year no show. But if you are a chronic 11th hour rescheduled we will require a credit card and you will be charged $50 for the time you asked us to put aside for you.
We love our clients and we love our staff. Our staff requests you respect their calendar. No one likes to go to work and not get paid. It's easily avoidable. Just respond "N" to any of the 6/8 texts and your appointment is cancelled. No response -> $50 "no show" fee. Please help us to serve you better by responding to our text confirmation.
