This is little me.

Cheerful, eager, ready to say something…and honestly, pretty adorable ā˜ŗļø

I don’t always recognize that version of myself.
But I think other people do.

I’ve always been someone who advocates.

For the underdog.
For the vulnerable.
For the ones who need real support—but aren’t always sure what to do next.

And I’ve always wanted people to take bold action when it comes to their well-being.

That’s a big part of what led me here.

Because while most areas of nutrition are full of opinions and mixed advice… postpartum is different.

Postpartum isn’t vague.

After birth, the body is in a very specific state—depleted, recovering, rebuilding.

And when you understand that, you don’t have to guess.

That’s why I love this work.

It’s not about trends, and it’s not about trying to piece it all together.
It’s about recognizing what’s happening—and responding in a way that sets healing in motion.

Caring for your body postpartum is more straightforward than people realize.

But here’s the part that matters most—

Just because you understand what to do, doesn’t mean you can or should do it on your own.

Sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do is choose to be seen… and supported.

If you’re preparing for postpartum and want to feel held through it, I’d love to support you in that šŸ¤

ā€œI was skeptical at firstā€¦ā€

This is something I hear more often than you might think!

Inviting support into your home during such a tender time can feel like a big step. But when it’s the right kind of support, it often feels natural, grounding, and deeply helpful.

If you’re expecting and wondering what that could look like for you, send me a DM and we can talk. šŸ¤

ā€œMilk all around.ā€

As I move from one family to the next, this is something I see again and again.

What you eat in those early weeks matters.
Not in a perfect way — in a consistent, supported way.

If you’re expecting and thinking about how you want to feel postpartum, send me a DM and we can talk about what support could look like for you.

Space is available for you this spring and beyond. šŸ¤

I haven’t been on here much lately because I’ve been supporting several new families during the early postpartum weeks. šŸ’•

Sharing this message from one of the mothers I had the honor of supporting.

Postpartum recovery was never meant to be something mothers navigate alone. When mothers are fed, cared for, and supported during this time, everything about there postpartum experience changes.

If you’re looking hoping for a slower, more supported postpartum experience, I’m currently booking the following openings for in-home care in Sarasota:

April — 1 space
May — 2 spaces
June — full
July — full
August — 2 spaces
September — 1 space
October - 1 space maybe 2

If you’re expecting and one of these openings lines up with your due date, send me a DM and let’s chat. šŸ¤

You might already know that postpartum preparation matters.
You might already know that recovery after birth deserves care and attention.

But what often gets missed is this: in many ways, postpartum recovery is far simpler than it’s made to seem.

For thousands of years, traditional cultures understood how to tend to the mother after birth in ways that reoriented the body toward its own healing capacity. Not through complicated protocols, but through daily rhythms — food, rest, warmth, and small, consistent practices that supported what the body was already asking for.

That’s why, in my experience, having a daily framework matters so much.
Not as another thing to manage — but as a way to ground yourself in what actually supports recovery, day after day.

I created this daily checklist years ago by integrating Ayurvedic dinacharya with my training in traditional postpartum care — and the real, lived realities of early postpartum. Its purpose is simple: to take the guesswork out of what to do each day so you can feel more grounded, supported, and integrated in your own experience.

Because healing doesn’t need to be complicated.
It starts with what’s already right in front of you.

✨Comment ā€œdailyā€ if you want your days to feel held, step by step.

All that’s left to do is sit and savor…
sort of 😌

This week my new team member and I cooked up a few nourishing staples to lighten the load for a sweet new family.

No doubt, in new mama-hood there’s always a lot to manage — but extra hands make more quiet moments like this possible ✨

If you want to prioritize more rest, more ease, and more nourishment while welcoming your new baby —
we’d love to support you šŸ«¶šŸ»

I see it all the time…

Mothers in their 30s—deeply intentional, trying to do postpartum differently.
Learning to rest.
Receiving support without guilt.
Choosing nourishment over burnout.

And right beside them—their mothers are watching & remembering their own early days and saying things like:
ā€œI didn’t have help like this.ā€
ā€œI wish someone had done that for me.ā€
or
ā€œWe just powered through back then.ā€

I was born in that in-between space—old enough to remember when ā€œdoing it allā€ was glorified, but young enough to start searching for a different way.

Every generation of mothers has moved into postpartum with a different set of ground rules—unspoken societal expectations even.

But seeing postpartum through the generations and watching the collective shift is fun, heart-warming and hopeful.

I’m so glad new moms are getting permission to do it differently šŸ™Œ

Most of us already sense that this time of year calls us inward.
We crave warmth, cozy meals, and the kind of slow comfort that fills the home with spice and sweetness.

What’s beautiful is that the same rhythm that guides us into fall
also guides the mother through her postpartum recovery.

After birth, the body holds the same qualities that allowed it to open and release —
and those need to be balanced so you can recover.

Dry → moist
Light → substantial
Cold → warm
Rough → smooth
Subtle → grounded
Mobile → steady
Clear → cohesive

Postpartum care has to be rooted in warmth, rhythm, nourishment, and slowness.

This is how the act of bringing a simple bowl of soup makes all the difference.
Because the meal isn’t just food —
it’s warmth, consistency, compassion, and stability, all delivered together.

It’s a reminder that recovery isn’t complicated.
It’s built from warm food, warm hearts, warm hands. šŸ¤

It’s time we rethink what postpartum prep really means.

We’ve normalized the wrong kind of preparation —
the car seat, the crib, the freezer full of casseroles —
but not the care that rebuilds the woman who just gave birth.

Her recovery depends on real food, warmth, and deep rest —
and we have to do more to make that the norm.

That’s what Meals for the Mother is about.
A simple, thoughtful way to help the people around you show up
with true nourishment — not just convenience.

✨ Receive the meals you actually want to eat —
the ones that do the heavy lifting in your recovery.

Find Meals for the Mother through the link in my bio —
or share it with a friend, client, or mother who’s expecting,
or with someone you know who really cares about this kind of support.

While you’re resting and healing, your body needs help rebuilding.

Postpartum recovery depends on more than time and rest.
Both experience and tradition point to the same truth —
consistent, reliable, nutrient-dense meals and snacks are the cornerstone of recovery.

The foods that repair tissue, replenish minerals, and balance hormones
don’t just appear — they come from a kitchen prepared with intention.

When your pantry is stocked, it’s easier for others to step in and cook from what you’ve gathered.
And when you’re ready to move again,
the ingredients you need are already waiting.

Having the right foods within reach changes everything about how recovery feels.

✨ The Postpartum Pantry
Your guide to stocking a kitchen that supports rest, healing, and repletion —
so you can feel supported, even when you’re feeding yourself.
