Join Hillary and Becca for a morning of reawakening and renewal, as we move and breathe together, guided by the healing vibration of sound.

This peaceful 75 minute practice will begin with the power of intention, followed by deep connection to our breath and bodies, and will close with a blissful meditation.

During savasana, you will be immersed in the sound of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments, gently moving through each chakra, allowing your body to release any stale energy or stuck emotions, and leaving you feeling relaxed, renewed, and at peace.
