Some days I come to the mat to stretch,
to soften, to breathe a little deeper.

Other days,I rise into strength—
holding, shaking, building, becoming.

But yoga isn’t just the poses…
It’s how you play inside them.

Exploring shapes, falling out, laughing,
trying again without judgment.

And beyond the body, yoga lives in every layer—
in my breath,
focus,
awareness,
and connection.

From movement to stillness,
from effort to ease,
I practice not just poses…
but presence.

play a little.
