Consistency is where the transformation happens. It’s not about perfection ~ it’s about repetition.

A regular practice supports:

⭐️ Better focus and mental clarity
⭐️ Reduced stress through breath control and nervous system regulation

It’s not about forcing progress ~ it’s about trusting the process.

9 out of 10 practices in my early days I would sit this one out. “Why does it have to be so hard, it’s too f% hot! And I’m ready to go home..” Eventually I grew out of that 😆 - we use the asana to silence the mind.

Your body can handle this, your mind is just checking in. The triangle posture is the peak - don’t miss it.

Feel better, look great, see more and breathe better each and every class. It’s all happening underneath the surface. 💦
