The most common symptom I see every day that people are told as normal… Is bloating!
Bloating is actually a sign of dysfunction on the inside. Bloating can point to issues with digestion, absorption, inflammation, food allergies, bacterial imbalance, parasites, low energy, brain fog, and even hormonal imbalances.

➡️ You should not feel the need to unbutton your pants because your stomach is distended after meals
