If anyone here has a loved one who is starting to need a little extra help at home—especially with memory issues, dementia, or just day-to-day support—I wanted to share a few things that make a huge difference:
• Keeping a consistent daily routine
• Having someone there for companionship (not just medical care)
• Reducing stress on family members who are trying to do it all
A lot of families don’t realize how quickly burnout can happen until they’re already overwhelmed.
I recently started a local companion care service here in the area, focused on helping seniors stay comfortable at home while giving families peace of mind.
If you ever have questions, need advice, or just want to talk through a situation, feel free to message me. Happy to help either way.
