It may be overactive.

So many women are told:
“Just do Kegels.”
“Just strengthen.”
“Just try harder.”

But a pelvic floor that’s already gripping for dear life doesn’t need more squeezing it needs coordination, relaxation, and safety.

A tight pelvic floor can:
• Reduce blood flow
• Decrease sensation

it’s how much protein you’re actually eating.

If you’re under-fueling protein, your body can’t build muscle, protect bone, or recover properly especially in midlife, when muscle loss accelerates.

A solid target for most adults:

If you’ve been told “your estrogen is the problem” but you still feel awful… this is for you.

Estrogen gets blamed for weight gain, anxiety, mood swings, bloating, and fatigue but estrogen alone is rarely the issue.

What’s usually happening instead:
• estrogen is unopposed
• progesterone is too low
• estrogen isn’t being metabolized well
• stress and cortisol are driving symptoms
• insulin resistance and gut/liver clearance are being ignored

Here’s the part no one explains:
Low estrogen and “estrogen dominance” can look almost identical.
Same symptoms. Completely different treatment.

When estrogen is mis-labeled as the villain:
• women stop therapies that could help
• symptoms worsen
• weight loss stalls
• anxiety increases

This isn’t about excess.
