Good morning everyone. The sun is shining and people are smiling. It’s hard to fathom that just a few days ago we took an almost direct hit of a Cat 3 hurricane. I wish you could have seen the teamwork that was happening behind the walls of Bay Village. The management, the staff, the residents and even their family members were trying to assist however they could. In today’s world where there is so much chaos and unrest it was a welcome sight. Thank you to everyone for your unwavering support and well wishes. We are getting back to life as usual and the end of hurricane season can’t come soon enough. Good morning from Bay Village. Clean up is still under way but we are making great headway. We are still running on generator power. The residents are definitely ready to have TV back. The management team has been here since Tuesday night and we are definitely starting to feel the effects physically. Power is being restored all around us so we are hoping that ours will be on soon. We all have become so used to the luxuries in life that when we don’t have them tensions start to run high. I want to thank you all for your continued support and encouragement as it gives us all strength to do what is necessary to get through this.
