Exciting News from Bay Village!

We are thrilled to announce that Bay Village has been recognized as a Top Workplace by the Herald Tribune in Sarasota-Manatee counties!

This honor came after a comprehensive survey sent to our dedicated staff, gathering feedback on everything from leadership, appreciation, meaningfulness, and workplace culture to compensation and benefits. Out of more than 1,000 companies, Bay Village ranked among the Top 10 employers in the Midsize Companies category!

On August 13, 2025, our CEO, Eric Nichols, along with some of our amazing Department Directors, was presented with a plaque celebrating this achievement.

As we approach 50 years of service to the Sarasota community, this recognition is a testament to the dedication and passion of our employees. Together, we continue to build not just a Top Workplace, but a top-rated community for our residents to call home!
