The kitchen came alive long before the first guest walked through the doors. You could hear the rhythm—the quiet intensity as Chef Mike seared scallops to a perfect golden crust, the steady movement of plates being lined up, the final touches of microgreens and citrus accents placed with surgeon-level precision. Every station had purpose. Every hand had a role.
Out in the dining room, Anita had the front of the house moving like a true brigade. Tables were set with intention, glasses polished until they disappeared, and her team greeted our residents with warmth that set the tone for the entire evening. She led the room with calm confidence—coordinating timing, guiding service flow, and making sure every guest felt like they were the only table in the room.
