I discovered SRQ Botanicals while searching locally on Yelp for pet CBD. My dog was in a lot of pain, and I finally decided to give CBD a try. I had a list of about 10 options, but SRQ Botanicals was at the top, so I called them first and I'm so glad I did!
The person who answered turned out to be the owner, and our conversation was incredibly informative and pleasant. She answered all my questions with expertise and genuine care, so I headed straight to the store without even bothering to call anyone else.
Walking in, I was blown away. The store is absolutely immaculate. Thoughtfully designed, spotless, and far from your typical CBD shop. You can feel the passion and attention to detail everywhere.
What really sets SRQ Botanicals apart is their commitment to doing things the right way, no corners cut. In Florida, strict state regulations make it extremely challenging for CBD businesses to thrive - let alone create and sell their own in-house formulations. The owner explained the massive effort involved: sourcing premium ingredients, rigorous third-party testing, navigating permits, compliance studies, and more, just for a single batch! Most places take shortcuts or resell generic products, but here, everything is thoughtfully sourced and crafted with unreal dedication. It shows in the high-quality results.
I originally went for pet CBD, and my dog is moving so much more comfortably now. While I was there, I also picked up some for myself to try on my chronically stiff neck and shoulders. It took about three days to really notice the difference, but now the tension is noticeably eased and I've been sleeping deeply and consistently... something I haven't done in ages.

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the permanent closure of SRQ Botanicals store. Effective February 14, 2026.

This difficult decision comes as a direct result of new 2026 state and federal regulatory changes governing the sale and distribution of h**p-derived products. The new federal legislation (part of the FY2026 Agriculture Appropriations Act, P.L. 119-37) was signed into law on November 12, 2025, and will take full effect on November 12, 2026.

We are incredibly grateful for the support you have shown us since we opened seven years ago. Serving this community has been a privilege, and we have enjoyed being part of your lives and serving your needs with our high-quality h**p products.

We felt our commitment to purity and transparency would help us to overcome obstacles in this space, but the challenges have become too financially difficult and time consuming to manage.

We still have inventory and would like to give you the opportunity to come by and get some of your favorite items while supplies last. We also are working on vetting some other h**p-based businesses that we trust so we can suggest them to you for your future purchases.

Please keep an eye on your email for our recommendations.

While this chapter is ending, we remain hopeful for the future of the h**p industry and appreciate you for being part of our story.Thank you again for making the past seven years one we will always look back upon with fond memories.
