🌿 Titration 🌊
Titration means taking things slowly—experiencing a small piece of activation at a time. By staying within your window of tolerance, your system learns safety instead of overwhelm. Healing happens most effectively when it’s gentle; small, digestible moments of awareness build long-term capacity for calm.
✨ Practice: Think of a mildly stressful memory. Notice what happens in your body for a few seconds, then look around the room and name five neutral or pleasant things you see. Come back to calm.
