Aravilla is the new name of Autumn of Sarasota. Aravilla is a new concept based on the desire of today’s independent-minded seniors to achieve continued personal growth and have fun every day. Our approach is progressive and uncommon, so we wanted a name that better expresses the unique nature of our community.
At the heart of the Aravilla concept is care, comfort and personal choice, allowing our residents to maintain their independence and continue to pursue the activities they have always enjoyed.
In the assisted living community, opening Fall 2018, residents will have options for dining ranging from a sports pub and coffee shop to al fresco dinners, a barbecue area overlooking the pool and an elegant dining room where meals are prepared by professional chefs. They will also have the flexibility to receive various forms of assistance as much or as little as needed, from onsite physical therapy to medication management and laundry services. The memory care area offers similar options, and all memory care staff are trained according to guidelines established by Florida’s Agency of Health Care Administration, with educators provided by the Byrd Alzheimer's Institute at the University of South Florida.
We know that today’s seniors and their families will not settle for yesterday’s version of senior living, so we have created tomorrow’s version.
