Heart Specialists is continuously looking for ways to improve our patients’ experience. We are excited to announce that we have introduced new technology to improve our check in process!
Do you have an upcoming appointment at our office? Want to save time in the waiting room? On October 21, 2019, Heart Specialists is partnering with Phreesia to allow you to check in online using your smartphone, computer or tablet.
When you come to our office you will be given a Phreesia pad like you see in the attached picture. Using this pad or your smart phone you will complete a demographic questionnaire. This is a new electronic check in system to allow for less paperwork, secure transfer of health information and improved patient experience. The Phreesia pad is quick and easy, as it guides you through a step-by-step registration process.
With your updated cell phone number and/or email address we will be able to send you a pre-visit link via your preferred communication. The link will direct you to the pre-visit questionnaire confirming your identity with your DOB. Once you are confirmed you will be asked health related questions you would normally see on the paperwork filled out in the office. Consent forms will be provided in the questionnaire giving you the ability to sign with your finger or type your name confirming you have read and understand.
If you need any assistance, we will always have a front desk receptionist available to assist you.
Our goal is to make your next visit simpler and faster!
We had so much fun participating in the Sarasota International Dragon Boat Festival today! It was a day filled with family, friends, love, and laughter. Although we only got a total of 10 minutes to practice the night before (cut short due to lightening) we paddled our hearts out (pun intended😉) and had a blast! Thank you to all those who came out to support and cheer us on! Until next year❤️
