Vibrations are the universal language.
They help us understand the soul of the world.
How can a plant benefit from words of affirmations?
Does it understand language?
How then can it be spoken in different languages and the plant still benefits?
Vibrations.
It is the vibrations of the words being spoken.
Each word has a vibrational frequency.
It has been proven through plants, rice and water that speaking high vibrational words helps plants to grow, rice to ferment and water to create beautiful microscopic structures.
When spoken to negatively, the plants die, the rice spoils and the structures are undefined and erratic.
Now just imagine what positive words and affirmations can do for us.
Working with energy is such a beautiful addition to self care.
Allowing our vibrational field to get back to relative homeostasis.
Not only does our physical body need care but also our energetic and spiritual bodies.
We are a multifaceted being and we need healing that encompasses all levels of that being.

It is either consciously or unconsciously.
We are so much more powerful than we have been taught.
The world responds to our thoughts, feelings and vibrations.
Words are generative which means they are generating your current physical reality. Quantum physics is teaching us this.
Why do they call it spelling? Because words are literally spells.
Using I AM statements can help you create consciously.
What you put after I AM is the most powerful statements you can make.
Be careful what you say about yourself and your life. Your mind doesn't know the difference between a lie or a true statement. It takes what you say and creates a reality based on those statements.
Be intentional with your words so that they create the reality you want.

There are so many versions of us, so many masks we wear.

For people, places and things.

So many times we have shoved our words in the pocket of our coat and wonder why the coat keeps getting heavier.

The lump we get in our throat is literally words unsaid. It's the energy of what you wanted to get out but didn't.
If we ignore the lump it will continue to grow.
This will become a dis-ease in our body.
This begins a snowball effect which could turn into thyroid problems, cancers of the throat and many other issues.

It all begins with the energy we allow to become septic to our bodies.
Unhealed trauma and stuck energy is a dis-ease.

During a reiki healing, we are able to get this stuck energy moving again.

It brings you back to your own natural healing frequency.
It balances all chakras.

When we shed the belief that reality is what we see, we begin to see so much more.
We begin to understand the depths of our soul.
We begin to seek inward rather than outward which in turn elevates our perception of self.
We begin to see that coincidence is rather a sign to follow, a step in the direction of our true calling.
We begin to follow the threads of light throughout our path. Using them now as a guide.
Our internal knowing becomes a compass to this life.
So many changes happen when we truly go within to seek answers.
You become but first you become undone.
You unravel in all the ways you thought you were.
You begin to understand how things really work and our own ability to not only affect the outcome but become a master of it.

The secret- the law of attraction.
It's not about every single thought. There is no way we could possibly control each thought.
It's your feelings on the thoughts.
It's the energy or feeling you attach to the thoughts.
It's the outcome you believe most will happen.
The universe matches energies, so what you put out, you get back.
This isn't to make us fear but to empower us.
To show us how much power we actually have.
To believe in oneself and the power of the mind.
The placebo effect shows us this. What we believe we recieve.
When we can attach deep feelings to what we want, doors will open.
When we tear down the walls and defense mechanisms and we do the work to remove the blocks of unbelief, we can begin the work of manifestation.

Distant reiki works because energy isn't limited by distance. Distance is a physical limitation only.
It works in the same sense wifi works.
A signal is sent and recieved through the energetic ethereal threads.
The reiki practitioner acts as a conduit and tunes the healing energy to the person it is being sent to and then it flows through the energy currents that exist naturally.
Reiki works through the energy centers or chakras to heal and restore balance. Most of us have energetic blocks or imbalances that prevent us from accessing our full vitality which leads to exhaustion and disease.
It raises our life force energy to optimal balance.
A distant session is often experienced as a more effective treatment method as all physical barriers are removed. The practitioner and the client are both perceived as being energetic beings only.
Distant healing sessions are usually around 30 minutes. During a session it's best if you are lying down in a place you won't be disturbed.
You do not need to be in a state of bliss or meditation to recieve this blessing. You just need to give permission and be open to it.

Reiki can help women release pent up stress and can help them comes to terms with the physical and emotional changes happening within them.
It helps the connection between mama and baby.
So many moms have commented that they could feel through the babies movement that they liked the feeling of the healing. It's an intuitive moment between you and your unborn child.
It allows the release of fears and worry which in turn helps do the same for baby.
Pregnancy can be stressful and worrisome, taking the time to relax and be at home in your body is huge for you and baby.
Prenatal reiki is a profound experience that I reccomend to all my pregnant clients.
