Great time at the game today! A couple of firsts for Jaxon today - he loved cracking peanuts and throwing the shells on the ground, and had mustard on a hot pretzel. He also tried convincing me to buy him a Coors Light 🤦‍♂️.

Gave a presentation on health and diet today at the veteran’s retreat this afternoon. We learned about the massive amounts of sugar in everyday foods. Can anyone guess how much sugar is contained in the breakfast consisting of cereal, milk and oj?
