🌙 Yin & Sound Healing | Winter Solstice 🌙

On December 21, the Winter Solstice — the longest night of the year — we pause at the threshold between darkness and light.

This evening of Yin & Sound Healing at Rosemary Court is an invitation to turn inward, release what the year has carried, and plant quiet intentions for what’s beginning to grow.

It will also be my first public sound healing with a new drum that has traveled from Tibet.
Its deep, grounding rhythm will weave through long-held Yin postures, calming the nervous system and creating space for reflection, rest, and renewal.

The solstice reminds us that even in stillness, life is reorganizing itself.
That rest is not empty — it is fertile.
