Senior Accountant – Corporate Finance

Join our Corporate Finance team and play a key role in supporting financial reporting, analysis, and strategic decision-making within a dynamic healthcare environment.

What you’ll do:
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports and general ledgers
• Perform variance analysis on revenues and expenses vs. budget and prior year
• Complete account reconciliations and support consolidated financials
• Assist with budgeting, audits, and regulatory reporting
• Contribute to special projects and financial analysis initiatives

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 3+ years of experience (healthcare or fund accounting preferred)
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office (PeopleSoft experience a plus)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team
