Dr Di's New Adventures ( and location)

Due to unforeseen circumstances, starting December 2nd, I will be seeing patients at the office of Dr. Maria Meesit,
4801 Swift Rd, Suite I.
This is on the corner of Swift and Proctor (Office faces Proctor) just next to my old office.
My phone number is the same, 941-927-3734.
My office hours will be limited to Tuesdays and Thursdays for now.

The office will be closed from Dec 6 - Dec 18th allowing me to evaluate new opportunities.
