2 It was first established in 1982 by President Ronald Reagan.
3 It is a day to honor and remember those who served in the Vietnam War and the sacrifices they made for their country.
4 A national ceremony, hosted by the Department of Defense, is held annually at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, DC.
5 Every year, the President of the United States issues a proclamation to recognize and honor the service and sacrifice of the Vietnam veterans.

The company is called In-Q-Tel, and its mission (according to its website) is to invest in technologies that bolster the United States’ national security. In-Q-Tel is over 20 years old, but only now have its taxpayer dollars been directed towards the genetically-engineered resurrection of extinct animals, or de-extinction. Taxpayer money is going to bring back the woolly mammoth it’s like a huge elephant was for. If it died 4000 years ago I say it’s going to help restore the rainforest. Why the hell would ship we pay for this what in the hell is the CIA do a doing. They can’t even check terrorist but they’re going to bring back an elephant.
