Jen Smith has been part of our story since the Rise Up Cafe days, helping us open the doors in 2019 and pouring her heart into the people we serve.

Her love for this community is genuine and deep. Her empathy is contagious. And even though the cafe has closed, Jen has never stopped believing in our mission or sharing it with others.

Jen, thank you for walking alongside us, loving our people so well, and continuing to champion inclusion with such heart. We are grateful for you, and we are sending you much love and a million hugs from all your friends at Inclusion Revolution.

Strength. Teamwork. Inclusion. 💪🚌

Our residents and staff showed up strong at the Inclusion Revolution SRQ Bus Pull and absolutely crushed it!

Our residential participants teamed up against some of our staff members to take on the challenge of pulling a 40,000 pound bus and they did it with determination, teamwork, and a lot of cheering along the way.

We are so proud of our residents and team for stepping up, working together, and representing The Haven in such an incredible way.

Today we celebrate the many amazing people with Down syndrome we are honored to know and support. They are talented, hardworking, funny, creative, determined, and full of possibility. They make our workplaces, our community, and our lives better.
