Perioral lines (those tiny lines above the lip) + a touch of lip hydration ✨

Our patient started noticing fine lines forming above her upper lip — and she caught them early, which is key. Perioral lines can be challenging to treat once they deepen, so addressing them sooner allows for more natural, subtle correction.

These lines are often multi-factorial:
• Repetitive muscle movement (smoking, straws, puckering)
• Age-related fat loss around the lips
• Decreased collagen and skin elasticity over time

Treatment is always customized based on severity. In her case, we placed a small amount of filler to soften the upper lip lines, then added filler within the lips to hydrate, restore structure, and gently define the upper lip border — never overdone.

✨ This result is immediately after treatment. As swelling settles and the filler integrates over the next couple of weeks, the upper lip will look even smoother and more refined.
