Good morning all. I would like to let everyone know about my new yoga class that will be starting on Monday, September 11th at 12. I will be teaching a Yoga class specifically designed for Pickleball players to assist them with performance and recovery. It will take place at Woodmere Park in Venice Florida, and will be held in classroom C. Bring your own Yoga Matt if you have one, and bring your Pickle Ball and paddles. These will be used for props, and for hand-eye coordination exercises. Can't wait to see you on the courts!😊💕

Cost- Suggested $15 dollar donation.
