As a Certified Revelation Wellness® Instructor and CRT® Practitioner, I offer a variety of tools for wellness including CRT®, Site Specific Body Work, Revelation Wellness® Active Agers Classes. We live in a culture where we are "plugged in"/exposed to stressors 24/7. Chronic low level stress opens the door for sickness and disease to enter in. That said, one can achieve whole-body wellness and correct poor eating and lifestyle habits that have been hampering the ability to live well. Taking all aspects of one’s life into consideration, (mind, body, heart, and soul) making the connections to work toward one goal --- a healthier whole you!
