This decision was made, when all good things happen, riding together on a bus bumping along and dreaming. But, really, wouldn't it be amazing to wake up every morning pain free, strong, loving your *self?* How incredible to look forward to a long life filled with wonder and adventure, to know what to eat, to laugh, and to be stress free. Well, why couldn't we all live like that? We all have a bit of healing to do, and we can work together to move through it. Whether you're suffering from pain, stress, or body image issues, Cypress Pillar Healing Arts is passionate about creating a healing journey that is right for YOU. Misha and Brian believe that health should be accessible to all and offer our services at affordable prices. At our healing arts center you can enjoy acupuncture, massage, herbalism, Reiki and traditional Shamanic healing. Dr. Brian and Misha are the core of Cypress Pillar, and partner with a variety of skilled healers to bring these services to the community. We also offer small, intimate classes with one on one attention from our experienced facilitators and empower you to continue learning when you leave the classroom, too. Sensei Brian - Dr. Brian Nell holds a Doctor of Oriental Medicine and offers acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, and traditional Chinese massage. He specializes in injury recovery, sports injury, stress, anxiety, and depression as well as elder care. He is a fourth degree blackbelt in Pangai Noon kung fu, certified Tai Chi instructor, tea master, graphic designer, woodworker, computer animator, and generally adventuresome guy. Dr. Brian offers courses in a number of different healing arts and is known for his gentle yet charismatic teaching style. Misha - Misha Nell is a Clinical Herbalist, Reiki Master, Shaman and Intuitive Tarot Reader. She believes in helping people become healthy through a balancing of both the physical and spirit and is honored to assist folks seeking to work on this goal. 🌕🌸 Pink Moon in Libra — Moonlight Circle

Quick check-in…

When was the last time you felt truly balanced?
Not just “getting through the day”…
but actually grounded, clear, and at ease in yourself?

Because if your answer is somewhere between
“uhh…” and “I don’t remember”…
this circle is for you. 👀

The Pink Moon is all about soft resets — gentle new beginnings, emotional renewal, and letting yourself start again without pressure.

And in Libra?
We’re working with the energy of balance, relationships, and coming back into alignment — especially where you’ve been overgiving, overthinking, or running on empty.

✨ This is your chance to:
💖 Let go of emotional weight you’ve been carrying
🧠 Quiet the mental noise and find clarity
⚖️ Rebalance your energy (without burning everything down first)
🫂 Feel supported, seen, and not alone for once

At Rising Phoenix Moonlight Circles, we don’t do surface-level self-care.
We create real space to breathe, release, and reset — together.

Guided meditation.
Sound healing.
Ritual release.
Moon tea.
Actual human connection.

🌕 Breathe. Release. Rise.
🌕 Sacred circle. Shared light.

If you’ve been feeling off, stretched thin, or just ready for something to shift…

✨ This is your moment. ✨

Spots are limited (and they do fill), so if you’re thinking about it…
that’s probably your sign 😉

The first weekend in March, our Pangai-noon practitioners were happy to travel to Lake Mary to be part of the annual Uechi Winterfest. Studying with legends of the art including George E. Mattson, this two day event was a marvelous experience in martial arts community, friendship, and training.

We were especially proud of who taught a workshop to a packed house! Big thanks to for the pics of Dr. Brian’s workshop.

This event is a fantastic one - we will be back next year and are already looking forward to it! Big thanks to Women of Uechi founder Patty Mae for the invite, the trust, and the fellowship and love for having us this year!

A little behind the scenes peek…

When you come into Cypress Pillar, you might not realize that pretty much everything you see is something we have mindfully created.

From our front desk, to our murals, to our flooring, Dr. Brian, Misha, and James, have spent countless hours building this space. Our core team is united in keeping it comfy, cozy, and beautiful…and that includes regular maintenance on all the things.

This past weekend, Brian took the wheels off of our amazing multimedia cart. He built this from recycled materials, including pallets and an old door that he has scavenged from the dumpster. He created this right before the pandemic hit, when we show intuitively knew that we were going to need to be able to go online. Brian designed this amazing resource that allows us to broadcast our classes to all over the world.

But this beautiful piece of furniture just wasn’t rolling right anymore, so Brian took a bit of time this past weekend to repair the wheels. How incredible is it that we have a master carpenter on staff to be able to do things like that?

This is just one part of small business life that you may not realize happens. But here at Cypress were more than just healing, we’re an entire lifestyle and that includes being able to do things for ourselves. And in doing so, we could offer even more to our community.

Huge thanks to Dr. Brian for keeping our wheels turning!
