Don’t quit doing what you love!
Don’t stop running just because your knees have been giving you trouble
Don’t stop squatting just because you have a herniated disc
Don’t stop your sport just because you hurt your shoulder
There are so many controllable variables that lead to injury - which means there’s just as many that can lead to your recovery!
Fix your form, eat healthy, SLEEP, hydrate, manage stress, build a better foundation!
I remember my knee surgeon telling me at 13 to never squat past 90 again - what stupid advice! I still had years of playing ball left and now as a mother playing with my kids or picking them up off the floor I couldn’t imagine how hard life would be if I had listened to that ridiculous instruction 🤣
Of course there are some instances where certain activities and injuries may have dire consequences but those are the exemptions.
For most of you- don’t stop doing what you love because of a set back or a struggle! It’s my mission to help people navigate the process to stay in it as best as they can!
