✨What a beautiful weekend at The OM Shoppe & Spa✨

We had the honor of hosting a heart opening Reiki Level 1 & Psychic Development Workshop with the wonderful Rev. Millie Cruz-Reynoso.

💜Thank you to everyone who stepped into their intuitive gifts, learned to channel healing energy, and explored the magic of trusting their inner guidance.

To everyone who joined us… congratulations on beginning this powerful personal journey.

Watching each of you open, connect, and support one another was so beautiful. The energy in the room was something special and we are so proud of you. 💫 Practicing good personal energetic hygiene is your new superpower!

💕Three full days with students
Multiple instruments and lots aha moments!

There was a lot of listening, skill drills learning, and a few “wait… am I doing this right?” moments and we did it!😂

🙏I just want to say how grateful I am for this group. Your curiosity and willingness to try new things is what makes these immersions so special.

💜By the end of day three, I can see the shift for each of you!
What inspires me most is watching you understand that this isn’t about playing more sounds. It’s about creating safety. Harmony over chaos. Intention over impulse.

🎶When we can apply some solid music theory, trust our hearts and guide others with awareness then each of our nervous systems responds. The body softens. And that’s where emotional, physical and spiritual balance can happen.

Thank you for the energy, the integrity, the laughter, the thoughtful questions, and the courage to try something new.
