Movement. What does it mean to you?
Do you live apart from your body? If there is just one thing you can do for your health, make it movement. We are made to move. It has deeply profound and positive impacts on all the systems of our body. Not the least of which: our mind and spirit. Being a dancer was such a huge part of who I was. Now as a Healer, I use all types of movement for all types of people to bring somatic connection into life. Bring it into your fold. Wrap your body in the loving embrace of freedom.
