My morning Qi Gong at warp speed🤭😄 Don’t try this at home kids😂 I’m having so much fun watching this. Great way to stay the day! Takes me back to medical school doing our 13 part Qi Gong together first thing in the parking lot. Miss my alumnae, say hi and tag a fellow graduate!!!
