You will get a total body workout without breaking a sweat. Wear your street clothes and be done in less than 30 minutes! At BeFitSRQ, we emphasize quality over quantity, with fast results in less time. You may come once a week for maintenance, but twice a week is recommended. An hour a week isn't much to devote to your total health and well-being! Come and leave in your street clothes and burn calories all day long!

It's a trainable skill your brain, inner ear, eyes, and feet working together in real time. If you don't practice it, you lose it. Simple work like single leg stands, heel to toe walking, or turning your head while standing can dramatically improve stability over time. Small does, often, beat heroic workouts!! πŸ‹
