πͺFitness Friday! πͺTGIF!! As we age, you know the saying, "if we don't use it we will lose it." Balance isn't a personality trait. It's a trainable skill your brain, inner ear, eyes, and feet working together in real time. If you don't practice it, you lose it. Simple work like single leg stands, heel to toe walking, or turning your head while standing can dramatically improve stability over time. Small does, often, beat heroic workouts!! π
