We provide Physical, Occupational and Aquatic Therapy in Sarasota, FL.

At White Sands Physical Therapy & Aquatics (WSPTA), we offer 1-on-1 physical, occupational and aquatic therapy to relieve pain, improve movement and prevent injuries and surgery naturally. We use both the pool and land therapy to achieve therapy goals whether those are returning to your favorite activity, living a pain-free life or discovering the best exercise plan for you. WSPTA started in 2012

where we specialized in spinal problems - from the neck to the low back. We have since grown and now offer highly-trained therapists with a variety of backgrounds to treat

****Orthopedic Conditions (knee, hip, foot, shoulder, etc.)
****Neurological Rehabilitation (MS, Parkinson's, Post-stroke, Vertigo, etc.)
****Injury Prevention (gait training, strengthening, postural training, falls prevention, etc.)
****Activity Modification (adaptive equipment, energy conservation, diabetes management, return to sport, etc.)
