Coconut Lime Bars

Bright and Creamy Spring Dessert
Ingredients

Graham Cracker Crust
• 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs (about 10 full sheets)
• ⅓ cup granulated sugar
• 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Coconut Lime Filling
• 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
• ½ cup fresh lime juice
• Zest of 1 lime
• 1 drop Lime Vitality oil
• ½ cup shredded sweetened coconut
• 2 egg yolks (for extra creaminess & structure)

Optional Topping
• Toasted coconut
• Thin lime slices
• Light dusting of powdered sugar

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
2. Make the crust:
Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
Press firmly into the bottom of the pan.
Bake 8–10 minutes until lightly golden.
3. Prepare filling:
Whisk condensed milk and egg yolks until smooth.
Stir in lime juice, lime zest, shredded coconut, and 1 drop Lime Vitality oil.
(Do not exceed 1 drop — citrus oils are potent.)
4. Bake:
Pour filling over warm crust.
Bake 15–18 minutes until center is set but slightly soft.
5. Cool completely, then refrigerate at least 2 hours before slicing for clean bars.
6. Garnish with toasted coconut or a fresh lime twist.

💚 Flavor Tip

For a slightly more tropical vibe, you could replace 2 tablespoons of lime juice with coconut milk — it softens the tartness beautifully.
