The Cantori Choir from Sarasota Church of the Palms performed their annual Holiday Concert in the Great Hall of Lakehouse West last evening.

Lakehouse West held our annual Hanukkah Celebration and Latke Party today in the Great Hall for our Jewish residents and their neighbors. The event was hosted by residents Larry Olson and Howard Levine. Peg Smith played the piano and Brenda Frank lit the Menorah. Lakehouse West Food Service Director Ignacio Suarez and Chef Scott Harrison provided the food for the Latke party.

Today is the annual Lakehouse West Holiday GALA. This is the "Calm before the party" when the room will be filled with residents! More photos to come!

The annual Lakehouse West Holiday Tree Lighting was held on Wednesday, December 3. The event in the Great Hall featured our Lakehouse West all male resident "Patriot Singers", directed by resident Peg Smith (the lady in red). The Patriot Singers sang a program of old and new holiday favorites. The singers are, left to right and front to back: Richard Miller, Bert Fivelson, Lowell Brinnen, Herbert Kayne, Dan Barrett, Howard Levine, Hilary Oestreich, Bernie Bartek, Ray Broth, Gerry Walker, Len Pagano, Larry Olson, David Mosher, Chuck Halfast, Tom Thomas, Ross Reay, Jerry Goacher, Arun Bhagwat.
