Be honest… how many times have you picked up your phone for “5 minutes” and lost 30?
Next time that happens, do this instead:
• Go for a quick walk outside
• Do 2–3 simple movements (squats, push-ups, sit-ups, curls…)
• Take 5 minutes to reset your breathing
You don’t need a full workout to feel better.
You just need to move.
