Preeclampsia is a pregnancy condition that usually develops after 20 weeks and can cause high blood pressure and other changes that may affect both mom and baby.

The good news? This is something we are always watching closely for during your prenatal care.

Our OBs- Dr. Kenton, Dr. Lichon, and Dr. Johnson, carefully monitor you throughout pregnancy by checking blood pressure, symptoms, and overall health at each visit so we can catch concerns early.

That’s why keeping up with your routine prenatal appointments is so important.

If you have questions about preeclampsia or any symptoms you’re experiencing, ask us at your next appointment. We’re here to keep you and baby safe every step of the way. 🤍

Swor Women’s Care wishes you all a very happy Valentine’s Day 💗

This week our team took a little time to slow down, make bouquets for our desks, and celebrate together. It was such a sweet reminder that we are more than just coworkers. We are a team that supports each other, laughs together, and shows up for one another every single day.

There is something truly special about working alongside people who feel like friends and family. We are so grateful for the heart our staff brings into the office and for the love that fills our space, not just today, but all year long. 💐✨

Meeting of the minds as we celebrated the newest Lakewood Ranch location for Shady Grove Fertility, bringing expert fertility care even closer to home for our patients.
We had the pleasure of meeting with reproductive endocrinologists Dr. Shane Plosker, Dr. Rachel Sprague, and Dr. Papri Sarkar to connect and collaborate.
Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) specialists focus on diagnosing and treating fertility challenges, offering advanced options such as ovulation induction, fertility preservation, IVF, and individualized treatment plans.
At Swor Women’s Care, we are grateful to have many excellent resources and referral options for patients struggling with fertility, and we are excited that this new Lakewood Ranch location provides easier, more local access to exceptional care.
