I have had a day taken up by breakfast today!!
A chocolate croissant for breakfast a bagel with cream cheese for lunch, and a half omelette with fat free cheddar cheese, chicken breakfast sausage and two eggs with protein waffles and Sugarfree maple syrup for dinner I’m satisfied and can still have Greek yogurt for dessert and be within weightloss goal for calories for the day.. meeting your fitness goals does not have to mean deprivation or loss. It can just be small substitutions give me a message for recipes

If you’re trying to improve your diet just know a few things will link to your success

1 variety, if you are bored you’ll give up so go ahead and go nuts in the fruit and veggie aisle add some spice to your food or try something altogether new and exciting. Personally I love trying new low calorie low carb options for bread and pasta and I’ve found some great substitutes that don’t suck.

2 portions. Weight loss is quite simple in theory. calories in must be less than calories out by about five hundred calories a day. If you start looking at food as fuel it becomes just fuel to you. And that will lead you into eating closer to the right amount.

3. Satiety, yes we want the right amount of calories but no! We do not want to spend our days salivating over food pictures because we’re friggin starving. Incorporating complex carbohydrates, unsaturated fats and low calorie high protein sources will keep you fuller longer and less hangry.

4. Hydration. Staying hydrated helps with all the other issues. I personally mix some crystal light and Benefiber into my daily gallon of water. The rule of hydration is simple if it doesn’t have caffeine in large amounts or sodium. IT COUNTS!!! seltzer, iced herbal teas even green and white tea in small amounts count towards your daily water goal and flavorful additions with low or no calories will make it an experience for your senses.

5. Cheating. Finally, will power is not infinite it needs to be charged like a battery so giving yourself a portion of something that you enjoy each day, yes each day. That you keep track of will help you stay on track personally I loveee cheeseburgers and one from McDonald’s is about three hundred calories. If you add in a side salad and a diet soda or unsweetened iced tea you have a healthy balanced meal for less than five hundred calories give

Tell me about your goals, I don’t mean a number. An amount of pounds lost or inches lost or gained. I mean tell me about something you want to accomplish. A marathon or tough mudder or spartan race. Maybe it’s an outfit lying in the back of your closet that you want to look good in again. Or maybe it’s just being able to take a hike without stopping. A cheat day, a cheat meal, does not a day ruin if you’re worried then count it anyway and sometimes that will inspire you to have a smaller portion and even if not it’s still accountability. Meal prepping is not fun, let’s be honest it’s tedious. But when done properly it saves you so much time and decision making later in the week. It is a great willpower saving device. Each meal contains 4oz of chicken with either, Sugarfree barbecue sauce by sweet baby rays or franks red hot sauce with a serving of skinny girl ranch 1cup of jasmine rice made with chicken bone broth instead of water. Seasoned to taste. And 2cups of vegetable mixture with chickpeas, radish greens, sweet potatoes, peppers, and onions with ginger and rice vinegar, it’s delicious and if you slow cook the chicken takes only an hour to put together. I also made egg cups with parsley, pepper, garlic, onion, and Cabot 75% fat free cheese. One minute in the microwave to heat and you’re good to go for breakfast as well!!
