I have had a day taken up by breakfast today!!
A chocolate croissant for breakfast a bagel with cream cheese for lunch, and a half omelette with fat free cheddar cheese, chicken breakfast sausage and two eggs with protein waffles and Sugarfree maple syrup for dinner I’m satisfied and can still have Greek yogurt for dessert and be within weightloss goal for calories for the day.. meeting your fitness goals does not have to mean deprivation or loss. It can just be small substitutions give me a message for recipes
