A fun afternoon out for our memory care residents at Haru Japanese Steak House

They had such a great time enjoying lunch together. The flaming onion was a hit, and there were lots of laughs as everyone tried to catch zucchini pieces mid-air. They also enjoyed spending time by the koi pond and of course, the food was amazing.

We had such a lovely afternoon at our Malta community with live music from Alyssa Yeager. Her acoustic guitar and warm, folksy style brought a fresh feel to some old favorites like “Under the Boardwalk,” “Walk Like a Man,” and “Don’t Be Cruel,” along with beautiful renditions on the autoharp.

There’s something special about familiar songs played in a new way. You could see the smiles, hear the sing-alongs and feet tapping throughout the room.

Today is the day.

The benefit for Beverly takes place this afternoon from 2–6 pm at the American Legion in Saratoga Springs.

If you’re looking for a way to support Beverly and her family, we hope you’ll consider stopping by. There will be a pasta dinner, basket raffles, and a 50/50 drawing, and all proceeds will go directly to Beverly as she faces pancreatic cancer.

A few of our Memory Care residents enjoyed a fun outing to The Book Nook in Burnt Hills this week!

They had a wonderful time browsing the shelves filled with books, cards, puzzles, and all kinds of unique knickknacks. It was a great afternoon exploring and spending time together.

We’re starting to see some great raffle baskets coming together for the benefit for Beverly on April 11.

There will be a variety of basket raffles along with a 50/50 drawing, and every ticket purchased helps support Beverly and her fight against pancreatic cancer.
