Each foot has an estimated 200,000 nerve endings, and has five main nerves that travel from the lower spine all the way down to your foot!

These nerves branch out to provide both sensation and motor control for the entire foot.

And while many people are ticklish we've had many clients, who are normally VERY ticklish, have been able to have a wonderful foot zone since we are intentionally applying enough pressure to reduce the amount of giggles.
