Westlake Physical Therapy has been providing excellent rehabilitative services for over 17 years to Saratoga Springs and surrounding area. We have an immediate opening for a full-time physical therapy aide to work in our private practice outpatient clinic!

-Responsibilities

Work directly with the physical therapist in providing rehabilitative services to patients. Work duties include helping patients with specific exercise programs, administration of modalities, ensuring gym area cleanliness, and occasionally helping with the front desk.

-Qualifications

Background and education in exercise science or prior experience in a physical therapy setting is preferred. Must be outgoing, energetic, friendly, have excellent communication skills, be organized, able to multitask, and work well with other staff and have a "team approach".

Parents,

If your athlete needs a physical, Westlake Physical Therapy in Saratoga Springs is providing physicals tonight, October 6 from 6:30-7:30pm. The cost is $20... and donated back to the school.

A physical is required to tryout for any sport at Westlake. Physicals are good for one year. If your athlete has not updated their physical for Winter sports season, here is your chance.

Special thanks to Summit Brain and Spine and Dr. John Edwards for hosting a phenomenal 3 day conference at Sundance Resort on a multidisciplinary approach to the diagnosis and treatment of patients with lower back and sacroiliac joint pain. I am looking forward to sharing this knowledge with my patients and collaborating with other medical professionals in the area on maximizing the health and well being of all our patients at Westlake Physical Therapy.

What Westlake PT is doing to address Covid-19

With all that is going on around us, we want to let you know what Westlake PT is doing with regards to the Coronavirus.

We are always dedicated to keeping Westlake PT a safe place for your Physical Therapy needs. Our sanitizing protocol in our treatment rooms and gym area are always very thorough. We also change all linens that have been contacted after each client.

During this current threat, we have increased our sanitizing efforts;

We deep clean surfaces multiple times daily. We sanitize the tables and change all linens that have been contacted between each client visit. We have now begun to wipe down door k***s, chair arms, and any other surface that has been touched or used during treatment. We are limiting treatment areas to patients only at this time, and ask that you sanitize on your way in the door, as well as when you leave.

We are requiring clients to call and cancel appointments if ill and waiving all cancellation fees for illness. We are also requiring staff to stay home if they are ill.

We appreciate you choosing Westlake Physical Therapy for your rehabilitation and therapy needs! We are continuing our efforts to help you, Get In The Game!!
