Today’s Topic: “Should I change my diet/doctors/exercise routine again?”🌿
Does it feel like managing your fertility is just another full-time job? Researching at midnight. Switching doctors. Trying new diets. Adding supplements. Exercising more, but not too much...or less, but not too little. Have the possibilities become maddening?
It feels like the harder you work, the closer you should get. But underneath all that effort is fear whispering:
“If I don’t do everything just right, I’ll fail.”
“If I work harder, maybe I’ll deserve it this time.”
Here’s the truth:
✨ You’re already doing enough (yes, really!)
✨ The real work isn’t piling on more — it’s learning how to soothe the fear, calm your nervous system, and reconnect with the part of you that knows when to act and when to rest, to create space.
✨ That’s how you trust yourself again, and this is when your body can receive.
This is what I help my clients reclaim: their time, their energy, and the peace that opens the door to conception.
I get it that it sounds counter intuitive right now, I really do (I remember what it felt like to be there before I learned how to let go and still get what I want).
It doesn’t work the other way around, literally — allowing your time and energy to be sabotaged by your efforts to conceive are only sabotaging your ability to conceive. This reclaiming of your power, time energy, peace is THE way.
