The Wesley Community would like to welcome our new Executive Chef, Elliott Vogel! Chef Vogel brings a wealth of experience from leading kitchens across the Capital Region, including Daley’s on Yates, Jack’s Oyster House, Siro’s in Saratoga Springs, and The Delaware. He has built an impressive career across the Capital Region, and we are excited to have him here at Wesley.
Known for creating fresh, bright dishes and cooking from the heart for or the heart. This spring, he will also be featured in an upcoming episode of PBS Wild Foods, airing in April, where he takes part in a segment highlighting natural, seasonal, and local foods, Native American cookery, and foraging as a way of life from personal to professional.
