Our biggest snow storm is arriving tomorrow night into Sunday. Be prepared for power outages by setting up battery operated lighting, stocking up wood nearby if you heat with wood. Prepare nutritious food ahead of time. If you have a heart condition or are older than 50 years old be sure to not over do it shoveling. Take frequent breaks and ask for help. Stay warm, safe and healthy !!

Please watch your local listings for snow emergencies for today and tomorrow. If the storm has not started yet in your area gather an emergency box. This should include water, flash lights, batteries, and nutritious easy to prepare snacks and meals. Be prepared to lose power and gather warm blankets as well. Don't forget to charge your cell phones !! Take care and stay safe.
