It is a program of the Alcohol and Substance Abuse Prevention Council. The Healing Springs Recovery Community and Outreach Center is here to demonstrate hope, build recovery capital and help sustain long-term recovery. Saratoga Springs (and the surrounding area) is a wonderful place to live and to recover! We are a substance free, supportive, recovery oriented sanctuary in the heart of the community offering a safe place to be on the journey in recovery. By providing emotional peer support services, informational services and recovery community events and meetings, it is our hope that each individual will find someone and something to engage their interest and keep coming back. The joys of sobriety are endless, and we realize the path isn’t an easy one to navigate—you don’t have to do it alone! People 18 years of age or older, in all stages of recovery, are welcome, and needed, as we are a peer-driven and peer-delivered support services based organization. We are not looking to duplicate any existing resources and there are a few things we are not, which are a drop-in center, an outpatient treatment facility, a twelve-step club or simply a place to hang out. More often then not, those who experience relapse lose a connection to their community and their sense of purpose. We are here to ask what can we do to help you with your recovery.
